On 20 July 2020, Micro Leasing Public Company Limited by Mr. Rosanan Yingthaweesak, Deputy Managing Director, In collaboration with the Association of Business and Professional Women of Thailand - Nakhon Pathom, attend the signing ceremony of the Declaration of Intent on "Promoting Equality and Eliminating Gender Discrimination" by Khun Jurin Laksanawisit, Deputy Prime Minister, as chair of the Gender Equality Promotion Board. The ceremony is organized by the Department of Women's Affairs and Family Development, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, to demonstrate the determination and collaboration of various organizations, including government, state enterprises, private sectors and educational institutions in promoting human rights protection, gender rights and diversity.

Micro Leasing has also adhered to the principles of international human rights policies, to treat everyone fairly without discrimination regardless of differences in physical, mental, ethnic, nationality, religion, sex, language, age, skin color, education, and social status.
